What will I receive for my registration fee? |

Pre-registered H.O.G. members will receive a rally t-shirt, rally pin and rally patch. On site registration of H.O.G. members and non-member guests and minors will not receive any rally merchandise. Some rally merchandise will be available for purchase only by H.O.G. members during scheduled times as supplies last. |

If I am registering for the rally on-site, can I pay with a credit card. |

NO. Cash or Check will be the only way to pay. We will not have the capability to perform credit card transactions at the registration site. |

Does my H.O.G. Membership have to be current? |
| A. |
Yes. Your H.O.G. membership expiration date is verified upon receiving your registration and must be active during the rally dates. If your membership is expiring during the rally dates it must be renewed prior to attending. |

What will we get in our pre-registration package? |

Lots of stuff, to include the Rally T-Shirt, patch and pin. |

Once I have registered and paid my fee, can I cancel and receive a refund? |

No. The pre-registration fee is non-refundable and unclaimed rally packets will not be mailed. If you are unable to attend, send your confirmation card with someone to pick-up your packet for you. Unclaimed packets will be sold after close of registration. |

Is there a Chapter Challenge? |
| A. |
You bet, some of the best. These will be all about numbers, but with a twist. They will consist of three separate categories, but will all reflect pre-registrations only. The first category is the Chapter with the largest pre-registration numbers. The second will be for the Chapter that has the largest percentage of their membership pre-registered. For example, a Chapter that has a total membership of 100 members gets 70 of their members to pre-register, that's 70%. A Chapter with 500 members gets 200 pre-registered,thats 40%.The Chapter with the highest percentage pre-registered will win this category. The last challenge is set up to see which chapter can collect the most donations for MDA. You have from now until the night of the check presentation to collect donations. The chapter presenting the largest donation to MDA will win this category. This is truely the time and place to SHINE in front of all your fellow HOG members. |

Will there be vendors? |

Yes, the fairgrounds will be setting up some vendors, but only those approved by Victorville Harley-Davidson and Harley Davidson. |

Will there be door prizes and raffles? |
| A. |
You bet, lots of them. The majority of the door prizes will be drawn from pre-registrations. There will raffles and door prizes during the closing evening events. |

Do I have to register to be eligible to volunteer to work at the rally? |
| A. |
Yes. Volunteers must be registered for the rally. Volunteers can be either H.O.G. members or non-H.O.G. member guests. |
